EDLD 5326 Web Conference Reflection

9/23/12 This week’s web conference was conducted by Dr. Abernathy and Dr. Jenkins. The meeting started off with some audio difficulty; however we were still able to process with the meeting. The meeting clarified some misunderstanding whether or not we were required to create a power point with the assignment or not. We were told that it is not required but it would be nice to have. Our professors also gave us the chance to share our schools proposed development plan. It was nice to hear what type of plans people have come up with based on their schools environment. We were also given instructions of taking the practice LCE and receive probationary certificates if needed, as long as you are past 3 courses. Dr. A and Dr. Jenkins also told us about week 5 review and final exam. That was extremely welcomed, especially since other students had some concern about the mid-term results. In all, the web conference was a success despite some technical difficulty we experience throughout the conference.
